Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer enriching activities, exciting social programs, wellness classes, restaurant-quality meals, and more.
Before residents move to the community, customized assessments are completed to create individual care plans. We also have a highly trained medical staff specializing in Memory Care and Assisted Living, including a round-the-clock nursing staff. Our team is not only hired for their professional skills but also for their compassionate and warm personalities.

Executive Director
Katie began her journey in the senior care industry in 2010. Katie has worked in a variety of positions during this time as a Medication Tech, Certified Nursing Assistant, Supply Control Manager, Medical Records Director, and recently the Business Office Manager at Prairie Meadows. Katie traveled the world for fifteen years with her family while her husband served in the United States Air Force. Before her entry into the senior care field, she received her dental assistant certificate and worked as a Paraprofessional at an elementary school for four years. It has always been Katie’s passion to teach and provide top quality of care to those she serves. Katie enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
