If you or your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) our dedicated staff works hard to deliver high-quality health and wellness services that are compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. We take great pride in the reputation that our team has earned for delivering highly personalized Assisted Living and Independent Living services that are designed to meet our resident’s full spectrum of needs.
Before residents move to our Junction City property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. After 30 days, we do another review to check-in and see how they’re doing both emotionally and physically. Our community of highly trained medical professionals, which includes our Executive Director, RN, CNAs, and medical technicians, who are hired not only for their professional skills, but also for their compassionate and warm personalities.

Our community features spacious living quarters that provide residents with the feeling of home. We also have a movie theater on the third floor and a library on the second floor with computers and internet access, along with an activity room. Through our award-winning SPARK® program, our residents have created their own line of steak and rub seasoning. After much deliberation, the group decided what ingredients to mix together to create this truly unique steak and rub seasoning.
Every step of the production process is done by our residents. From making the seasoning, to the filling of jars and labeling, they take care of it all.
The steak rub and seasoning powder has become extremely popular, not only at our property, but also in the local community.

Executive Director
Tammy grew up in Firebaugh California in a small farming community 65 miles west of Fresno, where everyone knew everyone. From the time she was little girl she was very close to her grandmother. Tammy started her career in 1989 as a nursing assistant, then went on to become a CNA for several years. She then was transferred to become an Activity Assistant for a couple of years after which she was promoted to the Director. Working with seniors for the last 34 years has been a true blessing and it has become part of who she is today.
