Whether you or your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs), or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease our dedicated staff works hard to deliver high-quality health and wellness services that are compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Before residents move to our McMinnville property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. These care plans are updated after 30 and 90-day periods and are supervised by our Health Service Director. Our community is staffed by highly trained RNs, LPNs, CNAs, RCCs, and medical technicians who are hired not only for their professional skills but also for their compassionate and warm personalities.
Our goal is to give residents and their loved one’s peace of mind with our comprehensive care, stunning amenities, and friendly environment. In addition, our community is supportive of resident’s well-being with spiritual services, spa and salon, nature spaces, and a variety of fitness and exercise classes and activities.
